Thanks for everyone's inputs. I too have had the same Yaw Damper issue with P3Dv4. Went through some of the steps everyone else went through here so I now know its not my setup or assignments.

Turned out the ini file wasn't read only and permissions are set fine.

I had originally closed this issue out thinking I had fixed it by changing the compatibility mode, howev ...
