Hi everyone,

I have a little problem as the topics says. I get error 103 when I try to close the SYSBoard Controller because it gets stuck saying Initialising but the progress bar indicates 0% and when I try to run it again after closing it gives error 32. What does these 2 errors indicate and how can solve it?

Best,
Omer

Hi Omer,

Those messages are usually comport sharing errors...
ie a device was opened, but wasn't closed properly.

This can happen if you close and re-launch the program within a few seconds.

If you get an error like this, open the Windows Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE), find the stuck SysBoard_Interface.exe and End Task it.

We don't normally see this happen unless there are some USB data overloads going on....ie Too many devices connected to a single USB Host Controller.
Check to ensure that your USB devices are spread evenly across your computers USB controllers. (Move cables around if necessary)

Hi Mark,

I recently merged 4 USB's to a port that connects to the computer directly. I did this because I have no USB port left to connect my new JetMax Overhead that is coming soon hopefully Rolling Eyes Can this be the reason?
