Hello everyone,
I have finished assembling my JetMax-737SKTQ, only that I can not run the module navcomm ... I downloaded from the site JetMax Multi Radio v1.0.9 TEKWorx but FSX tells me "no multi radio modules are connected".
Also from the control panel of windows says "unknown device". How can I fix?
Thank You

There is a newer file on that page directly above the v1.0.9.

http://www.tekworx.com/get_download.php?download=Setup_JetMAX_SimConnect_Module_x86_v2.0.2.zip

Please use that one and let us know.

No it should show up. Try another computer. All devices are tested here numerous times before they are shipped. So it was working here.

Check the USB cable as well.

Nothing to do .... I uninstalled everything, driver and SimConnect, I reinstalled only JetMAX_SimConnect_Module_x86_v2.0.2.zip but does not work. And then between devices windows (win7) is always unknown. I also tried to connect it in another PC (always with win7) but still unknown device and does not turn on. At this point not know exactly what to do. Among the additional modules of fsx I find "jetmax" I reload devices but nothing happens.

Have you first unplug all usb device,
2 : Install drivers behind fsx server
3 : Plug usb
4 : Launch FSX
5 : turn buttons on radio to detect them

Normally computer must recognise them. I don"t have jetmax but i have texworks drivers for my radio and that's i did and run fine

Be careful if you wire behind a second pc without fsx running on this pc, the result is what you have because you must use simconnect and as you wrote you before no success.

I think you have already changed your usb cable (do not use cable upper 10 meters, 5 meters is the best) so finally perhaps your device is out of order. Contact FDS for that.

The last chance is to use sysboard (sima), it doesn't need drivers and run fine i tested with success behind a captain pc (no fs server). If you have not sima you can try it in demo and launch sysboardit. Then you will be sure if your device is good.

Emmanuel Thanks for the advices. You're right the second pc had not FSX! At this point the last test that I can do is to disconnect all cables usb from the pc server and try. One last thing .... I confirm that I have to install only this?: JetMAX_SimConnect_Module_x86_v2.0.2.zip
