Hi Everyone,

Just got word that my systems are just about ready to ship, and I have a date with Ken for Wednesday of next week to integrate the new computers into the mix. A couple of things he told me about the setup that I think is going to take my simming to new heights.

1. He told me he was running P3D at FULL MAX settings!

2. The setup is able to maintain 60 FPS and has shown no sign of dipping down below that

3. He ran overnight flight testing with no VAS issues, (thanks to no V/C and/or 2D cockpit).

The setup: 1-10 core CPU setup, 3-6700K setups, 3-4700K setups: Seven computers run via network with NO V/C or 2D panels, P3D3 is run via Flight Deck Solutions 737NG and Sim-Avionics interface software.

I believe they installed The following 3rd. party software into P3D

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FlightBeam Studios
------------------------
KSFO HD
KPHX
KIAD
KDEN

Flytampa

-----------
Montreal CYUL

Wow Michael, that is some setup. I think you will probably be very, very happy with it.

Nice! JetLineSystems are the "go to" people in the US. Best support during and after the sale we have ever seen.
Keep us updated as you push ahead Mike.

Hi Guys,

The day has finally arrived, I'll be on the phone with Ken from Jetline Systems tomorrow, I'll have the left and center displays up and running. The right view computer is still at Jetline and should be in my possession soon.

I should have a video up tomorrow or Saturday, it like Christmas eve. Very Happy

Hi Everyone,

I'm done for the night, I finally fixed the display (left / center) issue... It took most of the day, I'm sure Ken is going to like that. I also managed to get some hardware calibration done as well. I hope tomorrow I can finish up then it's just waiting on the last (it ships Monday) computer, if I get done tomorrow I may spend part of Sunday uploading a video or two. It will just be the left and center visual displays.

All looks great Michael, can't wait to see the videos.

Just our of interest, why are you not running your TV's at 4096x2160?

Regards

Hi,

If I go above 3840x2160 the menus are nowhere to be found, it's a pain to make any changes.

I know the quality of the video is not that great and I still have issues to work out with Ken at Jetline Systems, but I wanted to get a video online to show performance.

It's smooth!
