Most parts are now done.
All metal construction.
No CAD, all hand!
Super Fun even if zillion of hours are involved

Hey nice work Jack!
Are you going all the way on the 787?

I really should get cracking in my rebuilding TQ Rolling Eyes

Thank you Nat & Alain...
Just that I do not like the old klunker TQ of the 737, so my NG with its 787 style TQ will be showing the way for Boeing next generation...lol
Thanks for the comments.
Jack

Here is the bottom part of the power levers with the clutches...

The two Throttle levers are set as an independant assembly and the speed brake and flaps modules are bolted on each side. This way the main axle is limited to the T levers and does not go through the whole TQ.Easier to disassemble and access for maintenance or adjustment

Almost finished, interfaced and calibrated (with Steve's help)
One thing that I cannot send over the net is the feel of it.
The all metal construction really makes a difference, all levers move smooooth with neat "clunks" on the stops and there is absolutely no play or side movement.
Thank you for the nice comments.
