That Pedestal looks amazing!

I bet opening the cover on the box was like opening a treasure box full of gold Smile

Great work

Nice and clean IPECOs.

Who did you get them from?
You will need rails now

Good old Captain Nick at APHS !

You should tell your story to your fellow countrymen, who tend to panic when toying with the idea of importing anything from North America.
Good for you... well done!
Jack

Hello,

After a crazy week
- Construction aluminum rails for my seats,
- Mounting the tiller ,
- Connecting cables on the pedestal
- Identification of all cables installed by a plastic label : to say I used 85 !

I just finished this day which for me is a very big step forward because I realize that I come to the end of my beautiful project (4 years ago ) . I need rudders and inner but I'm super satisfied at this moment.

Again, I want to thank my French friends: Jacques the captain and Stephan and good number of readers on this forum that allowed me to document me and refine me . I still taff but the principal is there and I 'll make a small break (finance requires Wink) .

Also thank you to my Canadian friends FDS: wonderfull society, very professional. First President Peter Cos is very attentive , Steve Cos technical specialist who is always there to support me and not to mention Jack the French relationship who support me from the beginning and guide in this adventure which was not won. Also thank you to Mark for the British support soft avionics : SIMA .

Here are the latest pictures seats installed:

First the tiller : Great piece as always very good part from FDS.

Rails until the real jrails ...

The seats slide over with the ability to block .

The cockpit updated :

Here for photos next steps will be videos that I will post regularly. This will give you an overview and immersion that I endure .... what suffering ... : lol :

Soon,

Emmanuel

Great job Emmanuel!

You have certainly come a long way and have worked hard to get to where you are.

C'est magnifique!

Hello,

After a long silence on my post, a final video of what has now become my very fun FDS simulator.

Here's an overview:
https://youtu.be/u8bPtyC5xI4

Your comments are welcome (good or bad). You couldn't have the following flight due to no battery on my video camera. I will hope to make my best next time. At least you have the starting cold and dark to climb in manual to FL410.

good viewing

Many thanks

Hello,

I (still) the chance to have a brother in law -top and most effective, he concocted superb steel rails and it's very heavy solid. It remains for me to install. I abandoned the jrails too expensive and their price is a little abused.

That's fine for me and then they replaces my aluminum rail that serviced me well ...

It was before :

Now :

Test on a seat:

Not so bad and very beautiful, very good work.

Thank you to my brother in law.
