I was so pleased with how FDS handled things that I wanted to post here about the first class support they gave me. I have a Jetmax B737 Throttle that I bought about 20 months ago. I had a break from simflying but when I came back the throttle wasn't recognised by Windows and seemed completely dead. I tried it on a different PC and again it wasn't recognised. I contacted FDS on 31 October and after trying a couple of troubleshooting ideas, Steve Cos sent me a new circuit board. I was very impressed by the quality of build of the throttle when I came to fit the new board. Its really solid. All I had to do was disconnect/reconnect 8 plugs to the board and bingo - my throttle was working again. All within 8 days of my first contact - bearing in mind it had to get to the UK too. In my view this is excellent customer support so if you are hesitating I would say from my experience don't. You get a great quality product from FDS and great service if anything goes wrong. Big thanks to FDS and Steve Cos in particular.

Thank you for your kind words! Really appreciated at this end.
We have learnt that doing what is right is always going to help keep things solid for everyone. A repair or time on line to connect in will not "break the bank". In the old days, the early days it was a struggle but growth has afforded us the ability to be more customer-centric. Super pleased things got sorted. Steve is a huge resource here for us and our customers.
