I have built a platform for my 737 DSTD 2.0 MIP/Main in anticipation of a future Modular Nose Section (hasn't passed the wife test yet). I'd like to anchor the MIP to the platform only once. What I need is the dimension of distance from the front of the Modular Nose Section base to the MIP rear edge. Any pictures of the front "avionics / computer " bay of an assembled MIP would be nice.

Thanks, Pat

IMHO the MIP section has to be placed properly in the shell.
Not the shell built around the MIP if you want an exact fit.

Besides it might prove difficult (even impossible) to assemble the shell properly with the MIP in place (space issue)

My "been there done that" 2ยข

Cheers
Jack

Jack
Thanks for the sage advice. I wasn't going to build the Nose around the MIP. But it would be nice to have some idea as where to anchor my present MIP, which leads to anchoring yokes, pedals, seat rails etc.

Thanks, Pat

Frank
I forgot Open Cockpits as a resource. I'll look through the drawings for the information I need.

Thanks, Pat
