If you go into the Devices and Printers

Right-click on the JetMax Throttle card

Game Controller Settings

Do you see any axis moving?

Switches working?

If they are working here then check your settings and assignments in P3D and FSUIPC.

Make sure all the Power Management settings are turned off in the Device Manager for all the USB Controller Hubs.

Try another PC.

Also you can uninstall the TQ drivers and then plug it back in to load the drivers. Then test again.

I am referring to the drivers that install with the TQ Game Controller.

Uninstall the device and re-install it.

Did you do the Power Management settings?

That's what it sounds like. Use Google, it's all there.

try this

go into control panel power options, go to change plan settings and then select advanced.

Scroll down to USB settings, in there you will find USB selective suspend setting, disable this and reboot.

I have been plagued by throttle USB disconnects and since changing this setting and the device manager power options it seems to have gone.
