Should this take 3 decimal places? It will not take 119.725 for example.

There is a place for the third digit but it stays at 0.

Hi Frank

The aviation VHF frequency spacing is 25kHz
My JetMax Nav/Com doesn't show the last digit as 5 ether, only 0

I'm not sure if its the radio or FS thing.
But I think you can take it as being 5.

The steps will be
119.700
119.725
119.750
119.775
119.800

Cheers
Michael

Most radios in General Aviation don't have the 3 digits either. What you do is :
119.72 for 119.725
119.77 for 119.775

Thanks Michael & Axel. I vaguely remember that now.

This old brain is a nuisance. I find myself knowing less and less about more and more, these days.

Even if ATC instructs 121.725 FS will accept 121.72

Hey Frank

You're doing just fine, in any case from what I remember it's

Aviate
Navigate
Communicate

in that order, Communicate is last and a few Hertz either way is no problem at all

Keep Flying
Cheers
Michael
