Please find below a couple of Pics of the Sims current State.

I am really happy with my current Setup, considering the fact that I cant fit a full cockpit in my Sim Room.

I would like to thanks all members of this Forum which have contributed in many ways as well as everyone at FDS and Sim-Avionics for making this possible in the first place.

There is one BIG Item missing, but that should change in the next couple of months and then I will consider the main Parts of the Sim completed. I still have many Ideas for improvements and enhancements and a project like this is never quite finished.

Please feel free to ask for more details or pics if you wish to see something in more detail.

Best Regards and happy flying.

Simon

Hi all,

due to the many requests, please find below a simple sketch with all Dimensions included, they are all in Millimeters. As said before, this is not a exact replica of the original Part, I made it that way as it fitted my Space nicely. Feel free to ask if you need more details.

Hi all,

yesterday was a BIG Day. I received my 777 MX Overhead. What a piece of equipment! I was aware that this thing is big, but sitting under it blew my mind... Again, great build Quality and the level of detail is just outstanding.

I set it up late last night and did quick Testflight to make sure everything works.
All ok, we are just chasing a small issue with the initial Start Up configuration, but I assume that will be solved rather quickly by Steve and Mark.

Sorry for the Dark Pics, but it was late last night when I finshed.

I will upload more Pics and detail views once I am back next week.

Best regards and happy flying

Simon

Thanks Jack, its people like you who want me to do things like that... I wish I had the space for a dual seater...

Another good day today.

Finally had time to upgrade my 980TI to a 1080Ti and WOW what a difference.

I cranked up all sliders and still got way past 80FPS on my 4K screen even with ASN running. So I installed Ultimate traffic just to see what it would do. I can stay above 50FPS (best for my screen and stuttering misery) with approx. 50% traffic on and most sliders to high or max. Weather looks amazing and all is smooth. I am using the stock scenery only tough. Flew a pattern around KBOS, KLAX and LSZH and never dropped below 50FPS... GREAT! I am a happy Pilot right now...

Few shots from today (I think I need a fisheye lens to capture the entire sim in the small room-Smile

Have a great weekend all!
