Running P3Dv4 on Windows10 with Sim-Avionics aircraft loaded with Jetmax 737SKTQ. I've left the aircraft default load, not changed anything there. Fuel is 0-Centre tank and 99% in both wing tanks.

I've noticed that when inputting data in the Takeoff page of the CDU and double clicking the CoG LSK to auto populate the field I'm not getting a suggestion for the Trim setting. The CoG % populated is 51% in the CDU.

Checking the load and balance in P3Dv4 the load is well within parameters (i.e 141000lbs loaded weight, CofG shows near the middle on the aircraft diagram).

I've tried changing the load in P3D to reduce the weight in the back and move the marker in the aircraft diagram forward, I then autopopulate the CofG field in the CDU and get a more sensible reading of 27% and a suggestion for trim (around 5.06).
Only problem is, after setting all this and performing a takeoff the rotation is extremely difficult, very nose heavy and obviously poorly loaded.

Makes me think P3D loading is correct and the problem lies with the CofG reading from Sim-A in the Jetmax CDU.

I need to point out that if I just ignore the 51% reading in the CDU and the fact it doesn't give me a trim setting and I set a sensible trim of around 5.2 the whole thing flies fine.

I've tried loading everything using the CDU Sim options but it's no different. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Mark

This sounds like you have an older aircraft cfg file installed in FS.
It's causing the CG to be incorrect... ie 51% is wrong... should be 20-30%

Delete your existing aircraft from FS and install this one.
http://www.sim-avionics.com/downloads/Sim-Avionics%20Flightdeck%20Avionics%20737%20Aircraft%20v1.7.exe

For everyone else reading this... I'm about to post that link on the main download page. It includes 150 Liveries.

Thanks Mark, that seems to have solved it!
