There is a checkbox on the Server Controls Panel
"Use FS UTC Time"

If this is selected the master time will be set UTC based on the current time in FS.

If this is not selected the master time will be set to UTC based on the current computer clock time.

So
Selected = FS UTC
De-Selected = Real World UTC

You'll have to be more specific than - the wrong time
Can you describe why you think it's wrong...
What does your computer clock say.?
What time zone are you in.?
What region do you have set on your computer.?
etc

Ok

Windows Time settings are : local time! ,Timezone is set to Bangkok
(UTC +7) like it always was!

Windows Time: 13:00 (UTC+7)
Jetmax UTC Time : 14:00 in stead of 06:00

The 'Master' clock comes from the Server program.
So it's important that the correct TimeZone and Local Time is set on the computer clock hosting the Server program.

The computer time on any remote PC running an avionic clients is irrelevant as the Time is received from the Server.
