Overhead all setup except I have to hold the engine start switch in place during start. Does anyone know how to get these solenoid start switches working?

Kind regards

Mark

You need a relay board to feed the solenoids

Pleas email Steve on that.... the new Start units are not requiring any cards other than what is supplied.

Email sent.

This is the reply:

Are they assigned in the SYSBoard Controller?

Outputs Tab in JetMax Overhead

START VALVE OPEN LEFT 128
START VALVE OPEN RIGHT 127

If you do a “Test All” in Outputs Tab they should hold? 12V connected. (This is the Test procedure, all LED’s light up as well.)

If all that is correct then the next step is making sure the switches are set correctly. PACKS off, Isolation Valve to OPEN and APU running with APU and ENG BLEED’s on.

Thanks Steve, that did the trick, couldn't find that info in any manual.

Kind regards
