I have noticed that on positive rate on take off my gear retracts automatically, ie the indicators move to red. Not sure why this is happening. I did try Multi Crew Experience, but did not like it so removed it and not sure whether this problem is a result of that.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

David

David

This has been happening to me for months now, I have no idea.
Have been trying to save altered and new Flight Scenarios in P3D but to no avail.

Does yours do the same thing on second flight?
Mine is okay once I cycle the gear once, so if I remember to cycle the gear before the first flight then it's okay.

Cheers
Michael

I think my problem is different to yours Michael. When on the ground the gear indicators show three green as you would expect. Once I take off they go red.

Tend not to fly a second flight during session, so don’t know whether it would be any different.

David

Same here, when on the ground

3 Greens
Server says Gear Down
all indications Gear Down

When positive rate, 3 greens go out, 3 Reds go on then 3 reds go out.
WITHOUT ME TOUCHING THE GEAR LEVER

Sounds familiar?

David

Try this, before you take off, physically grab the Gear Lever, move it to UP position then Down position.

Then take off and see what happens.

Please let me know the result

Cheers
Michael

Or maybe it's because I live in Australia and that must mean

Gear DOWN = Gear UP

I will check it out today.

Don’t think it has anything to do with you living in Australia 😃

If you flew with just P3D (no Sim-A) does it still do that?

After messing around with testing, I decided do re-download the Sim-A 737 model and re-install it and just flew and the gear behaved normally.

Michael, have you tried that yet?

Alright, I can confirm that is is fixed by reloading the Sim-A 737 into Prepar3D.

Interestingly it also fixed my other problem with the FLT A / FLT B / Yaw Damper problem.

Hope it works for you as well Michael.

Same on my end. Reinstalled the Sim-A 737 aircraft into P3D and problem solved.

Hi Guys

I just reinstalled the Sim Avionics Aircraft to P3D V4 about two days ago and it fixed my Landing Lights Display. Gear Stayed the same.

I will try another re-install today and see, have nothing to lose.

Will let you know

Cheers
Michael
