Die FDS Geschichte
The history of FDS is one that has its roots in the www.a320project.com page. P Cos, wanting to produce a truly complete set of panels for his A320 project found numerous builders around the globe looking for the same thing. From the humble beginnings with wood, laminate and lettering, to the Backlit NOVA series and now on to the new ELITE series, slowly FDS has been reaching its true goal. "Our focus is on being a truly 'one stop shop' for sim builders of all levels" said P Cos.
Part of this goal was realized with the addition of Achim Bethke. Achim, well known for his own A320 Sim in Leipzig, Germany brought with him numerous skills in building as well as multiple languages. This truly opened the door for FDS to work more globally. Achim now runs "FDS Europe", handling all European based builders as well as being the FDS Webmaster.
As FDS moved into new areas of development, Ron Wiens was brought on board to lend his significant skills in the General Aviation area. The GenAv part of FDS will be a key focus in 2003 and we welcome Ron to the Team.
