Throttles Housing for Boeing 777
First we construct the skeleton at wood where Nona panels will be put on.

The dimensions maybe are different for another user and only the width must be changed.(but is not so important because the follow dimensions to be fit perfectly and for your simulator.)
In my case the skeleton have :height 41cm width 28,2cm (the width maybe is different) and finally length 26,2cm.
We should also make a hole for the axis where all the levers will be moving. The diameter of the circle is 27,7 cm

Then we place the side Nova panels.
We put on the Nova panels a double side sticker tape
(Pic 2 and 3)
This tape has glue on both sides.
In this way the glue covers all the surface of Panel.
When we release the protective back part of the tape we’ll see that it has left glue upon the Nova panel (Pic 4) and it is ready to be put on the wood.

Pic 4

We place it on the wood and when we find the exactly point
we push gently for a few seconds until it feels good.

In the front side we leave 1,5 mm to place later the front Nova panel (look at the red arrows the Nova panel stand out 1,5 mm from the wood skeleton.)

The front panel will be placed between the two sides panels and not upon them.

Pic 6                                                       Pic 7

In Pic 6 we see the Plexi Backers That entertains the two Fuel Control switces dyed in the same color like the Nova panel. With this way looks much more beautiful and also it does not allow the light it leaves from the sides when we lit up the panel from behind.
In Pic 7 can you see together the Nova Panel with the Plexi Backers on the bottom.

In the two holes we place two rings where later will be placed the two Fuel Control Switches.
The exterior diameter of the ring is 16mm and the internal 13mm.

Afterwards we place the switches on piece clean Plexi Backer and with metal corners we mount the two Vertical Guards (we dye first before mount)

After of all this we mount everything on the wood skeleton and you see the final construct in the Picture below.
