Re: SA Not Responding

I would say as long as you get what the Min specs state you should be good. But a lot of this depends on the set up, is everything running on a single computer, do you run the MIP monitors on a second..etc... All 4 of my MIP monitors are spread out between 2 GPUs (2 x RTX 480), but this computer jus...

Re: SA Not Responding

Don't worry about the VGA connection on the cards. You can easily find HDMI/DVI/DP to VGA adapters. To be honest it will be hard to find any up-to-date card with VGA. I use adapters for all my MIP monitors, except for one that is HDMI..

Re: Uncontrollable aircraft

sounds like it might be your controller for yoke/rudder? Maybe check and ensure that they are not assigned in FSX, as they should be assigned in FSUIPC.

Re: SYS1-XT Information

I would say until you have the card and the ribbon connector it would be hard to give an exact answer, as the connector would have to align with the pin on the FDS card and then we have the problem of the ribbon containing more wires/connectors than the individual rows of pins on the FDS card. In an...

if it helps and is the Ethernet model, my XPNDR was finicky in that it didn't work completely on all the FDS ethernet board slots (could of been user error somewhere, so no ding on the FDS product at all)... Recommend, just try to plug it onto another slot and see if it works, that worked for me and...

Seats Added

Got back from deployment and treated myself to a couple 757 seats, looks good enough for a 777 sim. Next year FDS overhead will bought.

I chose to build a 777... main reason is I always like long-haul flights and the 777 itself... Downfall is components for a 777 are limited, luckily FDS pretty much has them all..lol..

Go with what you want, there is no right or wrong sim to build...

Surround is not available in NVIDIA control panel (Believe me, I have tried so many times) Guess it is because there is no bridge between the graphic cards (Hardware shop said they were compatible together without it) Surround should work fine with your 3 external monitors all plugged in to one GPU...
