In reality, when an ILS frequency gets active, it will not be displayed on the ND. It will be displayed on the upper left of the PFD. So the way 1.964 is working is actually correct.

Good morning Captain Jack I have recently done a clean install of my sim's 4 computers. They had Win 7 installed. I re-formatted and installed Win 10 PRO. The results on my side were great : an average increase of 15 fps. This is awesome because I have 3 projectors running out of one 1080 video card...

The theory behind this, among others, is that the gyros can loose some little alignment in turbulence, and some more alignment during touchdown, braking and taxiing.. But again, this might just be company policy. Tonight i will check the manuals.

Also Jack : I do not know if it is company policy or not, but I have learned this from several pilots of different airlines : IRS's are turned off and re-aligned after each leg, except if above the limitation latitudes.
