Matt, I recently did a quick internet search on a apples-to-apples pre-built system a friend was planning on buying for FSX. My research came in $384US less than the prebuilt. When you are ready to gather parts and build, go over to Tom's Hardware and look at their tests or reviews. Most likely any ...

I sit back and remember the first days of my home simulator research and think how lucky I was to find PC's bus site. Then he took his vision further by starting FDS. It has been nothing short of amazing. Well done FDS Team!

PS: Can I get my name on the volunteer Test Pilot list?

If I hadn't just had a set delivered I would scoop this one up. You can't get them for that. Almost half off! Good luck.

Filip, The 5/8 inches was for the red line that you had in the circle and did the inset with, your number 7. The 3 inches + 1/8 inches was the total length of the red line measurement or your number 1. Number 3 looks to be 1 inch + 3/4 inches. I don't see a number 5. And you are right, the throttles...

Yes, this has been mentioned for some time, a 737 throttle quad. Here is my take on it. From the time it was first talked about PC & company have moved to a new shop, developed the new metal MIPs, IBL panels, aircraft shells, many new interface boards, and many other exciting pieces of our cockpits....

Eric,
I've had that happen, but not with any particular program. Had a shift key sticking on the keyboard. Swap a keyboard out and give that a try. I know it nearly drove me insane for about 10 minutes.

Have you tried setting the onboard sound card as your primary device, loading the sim & PM Sounds and then changing your primary sound device to the PCI card? If SB has multiple devices listed, then change to the PCI card. Should work? The computer looks at the sound device you assign as the primary...

Hang on! I have a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM on the way. I have been toiling over one or the other for some time. Not that there is anything wrong with FS9, I just don't want to tweak 2 sims and get lost in what-did-what. I have FDS parts, PM, Phidgets. So I will dive in feet-wet this weekend. I ...

Thanks Jack. Reminds me of my old 777 nova mip I used to have many moons ago from FDS. Ended up giving that to a fellow to use in his aircraft theme bar. Never made it over to have a look, maybe I should someday. Anyway, your project is moving right along. Looks wonderfull.
