Really old issue, but new for me...

Hey Everyone, I know it’s been 8 years since this post, but with my entire system disassembled for 5 years, it’s only 3 years for me...lol! Anyway, I reconnected everything like before with no Win updates or any other software updates, but this error shows up. Thus, what was the outcome back whe...

Hi Geert, Okay, I too had this very same problem a couple years ago and it turned out to be that the USB hub type was older then my computer's USB input type. In other words, there is 1.0, 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0, so you have either plugged your hub into a port on the computer that is too new for the hub t...

Hi Geert, Are you using a powered USB hub and has the power came unplugged? Or, has the USB hub gone bad? Or, have there been any recent updates to your W7 OS that might have changed how your USB interfacing is working? The frst two questions are easy to check, but the last requires you too look at ...

Relay Card Questions

Hey Steve, This is an older post, but what you sent to GDR, will you please send it too me? I am looking at connecting the parking brake light, stab trim light, engine start switches (in the future), stall shaker, and I'd like to relay a 12 volt window motor to turn the trim wheels... Your connectio...

B727?

Hi Peter,

Maybe, Steve and you can come for a visit to see my B727; although, it is not working as a sim (yet?), but everything is there for researching your build (except gauges).

Otherwise, have too agree that what Nat, Scott and others are doing with XP10 is amazing...way to go guys!

My best answer is go with a full cockpit. Why? Because even though you will be flying alone mostly, there will be a time or two (or more) when you have someone over and they can sit in the FO seat. You might not see it as a big deal, but I can tell you that a huge sense of pride will overcome you be...

What about purchasing 3 used Short Throw projectors from another sim pilot? Scott was talking about selling his 3 Mitsubishi EW230uST recently, so you could PM him to see what you could workout. Unless you really have the room, short throws are so much better. I've used regular standard projectors b...

Jack, the place you had do the CB panel backers, did they put the cuttings into CAD or something else, so they could cut these out again. If so, could you ask to have another set cut and shipped? Why? Well, if they retained the cuttings or CAD's, the prep work is done and it would be about the same ...

Hey Jack,

Who cut the material for the overlays to be stuck too? Can they do more of those, if so, will you please post how to contact them... I know it'll be much better than what I could do.

He arranged a company to print them out with adhesive backings and had another company cutout the material to stick them onto. FDS made the actual bolt on CB's that come in a set of 400. When Jack planned this he had a group of other guys on the order list, so we all purchased the same print sheets,...

The thing about a single or possible double screen projection on flat, curved or dome screens leaves out the proper side views. You've likely read that in order to get a true front and side views in the proper prospectives you have to use 4 undocked window views in FSX with a TH2GO, so you need more...

Who did you email, Carl's Place or the China dealers? I know for sure Carl's place will get back to you and if not, send me a PM of what size screen you need and I will call him for you. He is located in my same state of Wisconsin, USA. By the way, Shawn and I both purchased very large screens; my s...
