IF Topcat is based on RW engine data, then the problem of not being able to take off will be with the airfile, not the data file simA reads.

There could be many problems with the AF and an N1 of 82 ...

On a 777 with Ge90, a 290kt descent will generally have a flight idle of 40-42% N1 reducing as the atmosphere gets denser

Are you sure your throttle axis is registering zero when at idle ?

You can change the steering angle of the nose gear in the contact points section

In the aircraft.cfg, scroll down to the 60.0, 0.6, 2.5, 0.9, 4.0, 4.0, 0, 220.0, 250.0

RE LAN, check you have SMB 1.0 enabled in windows features, some of the win10 updates disable this as it is no longer supported but it seems to screw up network discovery on my PC

Reverse thrust plays only a small part of the actual braking.

I used to think that also, but in the real 777 sim last year I did a few landings with just speedbrake and full reverse at heavy weight ...

You say the default simA 777 only burnt 13t on a 5500nm flight?

I think there is something seriously wrong with your install here, the default simA airfile ...
