AAAAhhhh... man that really gets me off my feet. Soon, very soon it'll be my turn to fly off like that. Feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning. The day I will receive my B737/800 I guess the unwrapping of the package will bring me the same exhilaration I had when I did my first solo flight. An absolute feeling of extreme happiness. Unbeatable!

I thought I would start publishing a series of short videos on some of the procedures I use in my sim.

Not sure how much interest there will be in them, but I figured at least it would allow people are close up view of some parts of my sim.

Is that base for your simulator your own design? If not do you have a link to the plans? Thanks, you system looks great.

Thanks

Hi Andy, yes it's my own design, just 2x4" with 3/4" MDF on top with the plastic garage floor material for finish.

I did not have the height or the real need for linked rudders or yokes so 5" height was fine. It's 8'x8' made from 2halves of 4' x 8' bolted together should I ever need to get it out of my office.

The only thing I wished I had done was to add some form of wheels to the platform.

Hope that helps.
