Hello Guys,,

Tomorrow I have an interview of the Crown Prince's Outstanding Students Trainning Programme, and tomorrow is the selection day for the best 80 students and Iam one of them. We are 150 students and they want just 80 students.

Tomorrow we will have to do some tests and then we have interview and they said to us that we should prepared our selve in this point:

- Describe a situation when you have had to resolve a conflict?
- Describe a situation when you had to motivate your friends to do something?
- Describe a time that you achieved something as part of ateam,what did you do to make the team successful?
-Describe a time where you have had to lead people, what did you do as leader of the team?
-Describe a time when you have helped someone learn something new?

Please help me in this, I need idea for this it's too difficuilt to answar these quastions in the interview.

You cannot invent such situations, big NO
Try to remember when, in your life, you had to confront such a situation
even if it was a minor thing...it happend!!sure, at some degree and some age...
The interview is certainly not meant to select the biggest and most incredible stories and the "strongest" guys...all they probably want to hear is how YOU coped with choices and what were your decisions, even if they relate to a ordinary case...you are not expected to have led a platoon or changed the course of history....relax and BE YOURSELF...

Maytham,

I agree 100% with Jack - interviews are to find out what you know about life - not what you think they want to hear - spend a few minutes reminding yourself of interesting situations- if, when you are in the interview, you are asked a question, things will be fresher in your mind.

Whit your help you two, I was really relax and actually I don't know how the idea come fresh.

Any way I passed the Interview and I got 8.5/10. :D

I think it's great mark.
