Next step:
Here is the alu structure of the Galley project.
Looks plain but it took me a whole day to assemble, drilling holes so that everything is properly aligned and bolting the bars together.
The skin will be inside that structure, bent to mimic the round section of the airplane.

testing the concept with plywood.
Easy to adjust the curvature, including a relatively flat part where the windows will sit.
