BTW, this is an early non metal FDS MIP with signature panels...!!
Hope my stand will fit in the shell when I move it this Spring.

Goodby to a faithful bird and hundreds of hours of fine tuning
and Good Buy for its new Canadian Owner!

Not sure why I am doing this ...but the new DSTD is too attractive !!!

Just hoping now that the magic hands of the good people at FDS will "knit" my new unit ASAP!! (hint hint)

Jack, are you sure these pictures are not from the FDS complex Laughing

Great wiring. Very neat.

I have some pics taken overthere and they are a constant source of reference, hence the "déja vu" feeling!! Rolling Eyes

Fall was busy with some other projects.
Back in business now.
The shell is out of the box and surprise surprise, I was able to assemble it in one afternoon flat (minus roof panels)
Worth every penny...

Started at 2:00 PM
Three hours later:

Hi
Good investment (the Shell) will save you months of aggravation,,,

Gauges (on the MIP?)
The flaps is Simkit with some home made bezel.
The YD is replaced by a real (working) Hobbs meter for the APU
The Hyd pressure is a real one interfaced to climb to real value when needed.

Thanks for looking
Jack
