Hi,

I'm thinking of having another crack at online flying via vatsim. I have a JetMax setup complete with the amazing fds transponder.

My question is when asked to squawk mode C how is this done in relation to the above hardware.

Thanks
Graham

Hi Graham,

I am using the Jetmax transponder unit to connect to Vatsim via vpilot... it should just work out of the box, no further settings required. Once you have a valid squawk code entered, simply turn the transponder mode to On an this will be registered by vpilot/ vatsim. The indent function works as well.

Hi Graham
Same for me - Vpilot simulates civil iff controllers which transmit in Mode 3, combining the 4096 digital codes ( Mode 3A) with the altimeter feed (Mode 3c).
Regards
Chris
